Those interested in applying for an internship with Streams School of Ministry should apply as soon as possible after contacting us with intent.
Applications will only be accepted if they contain all of the following parts. Please send all components in one packet.
- Completed Application Form
- A current photograph
- Short Video of Applicant:
- Introducing yourself
- Sharing your passions and sense of creativity
- Brief Explanation of why you would like to be a Streams intern
- Typed Personal Testimony (600 – 800 words) including:
- How you came to a relationship with Jesus
- How that relationship is currently expressed in your life
- Your personal passions and ministry goals (formal or informal)
- What you expect this Internship Program will help you fulfill.
- Personal and Pastoral Reference Forms
- Include a $25 non-refundable application fee. Make checks payable to Streams School of Ministry.

Once We have received the above portions, you can expect:
1. A phone interview with Streams School of Ministry staff member
2. Within 10 days of your phone interview, you will receive notice regarding your acceptance into the program.
